I am from Cyprus- a very small island in the Mediterranean sea- and like most people here I have the constant urge to move, travel and explore, to connect with people, nature and cities, to make the most out of everything I experience. I am passionate about social justice and environmental activism, and I am always interested to learn about other cultures. I have been travelling around Latin America and living in Mexico for the past two years. I studied film at university, and work as a documentary filmmaker, editor photographer- mostly for others’ projects.

My favourite travel experiences were always those staying with people, and getting to know a place through their perspective. I am really flexible and easy-going, and happy to adapt to your schedule and energy :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mainly to meet new people (isn't everyone?), make new local friends while travelling, to show you around if you are in Cyprus and want to meet with locals, to go on adventures together and explore, and to really dive in in a culture when I'm travelling by meeting and staying with locals. I like to travel slow and sustainably.

In my past trips I've been using Couchsurfing and Host a Sister a lot, and honestly had the best experiences!
If I am at home and not out travelling, I'd love to show you around my city, Nicosia :)
