Overview
About Me
I’m a Head of Product based in Cairo, where I spend my days navigating the intersection of tech and AI. But when the laptop closes, I’m either a solo traveler exploring a new corner of the map or a craft enthusiast getting my hands dirty with leatherworking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe you haven't truly seen a city until you've seen it through the eyes of someone who lives there. I’m on a mission to see the world one conversation at a time. I love meeting people from different cultures because it keeps me curious and, quite honestly, makes me a better person. I'm here to find those "off the beaten path" experiences that you just can't find in a guidebook.

Music, Movies, and Books
• Music: I have a "Golden Age" soul. I love the legends like Om Kalthoum and Abdel Halim, and I enjoy pairing them with the timeless voices of Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole.
• Books: I’m a deep diver when it comes to reading. I love History (understanding how we got here), immersive Novels, and Psychology—I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick.
• Movies: I’m a fan of Science Fiction that expands the imagination, high-stakes thrillers, and biographies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve explored almost every corner of Egypt, from the silence of the Siwa Oasis to the organized chaos of Cairo. Beyond my own travels, I also built a community for solo travelers to help others find the same confidence in independent exploration that I’ve found.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I can teach you some Arabic, the secret to making the perfect Egyptian dish, or even how to build your first AI agent.
• Learn: I’m currently dusting off my German, Spanish and Turkish, and I’m always eager to learn about local architecture or any unique hand-crafts you're into.
• Share: I can share tips for navigating Egypt like a local and endless stories from my solo trips across Europe and the Middle East.
