About Me
Hello everybody
My name is Nahuel, I'm half chilean (mom) and half swiss (dad) and I'm currently a sixth year medical student in Santiago, Chile.
I'm a happy person, very responsible but that also likes to have fun, go out and meet new people. Of course I love to travel, but also staying home and reading a good book or cooking together with friends.
It's difficult to define where I'm from, because I moved a lot as I was growing up, and that got me the chance of having very enriching experiences and learning loads of interesting people during my childhood. I want to keep that up now that I live by myself, and keep exploring the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined couchsurfing mainly I want to experience the places I travel to in a more authentic kind of way, and staying with locals and receiving their tips is a pretty good way of doing that.
Interests
I love going out as much as staying home: walk around the block for a sip of fresh air, hiking with friends, go to a bar to share and drink something, partying, meet new people; but also read (love love love to read), go watch a movie, cook/bake or just stay in bed and listen to good music.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music? A little bit of everything, from The Police, Billy Joel, Queen, REM to Coldplay, Maroon 5, Shakira and also classical music, Tango, folklore. I love music in general and love to find new genres that I like.
Movies? My favorite movie has to be Finding Neverland. I like almost every kind of movie, except horror and comedy that makes no sense.
Books? The list is just to long.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Might sound corny, but the passion that I feel for what I'm doing with my life and my career is one of the things that I'm most grateful of, and working hard to get where I am right now is one really amazing thing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to cook chilean food (you will never regret sopaipillas con pebre), share a nice glass of wine and have a good time.
It would be great to exchange experiences and tips of the places we've been to and just have a nice chat.
