I joined the Couchsurfing community at the end of 2023.

The reason is quite simple:
I'm currently 26 years old, and I have a plan to travel around the world when I turn 30.
I intend to start from China and make my way overland across the Middle East towards Europe.
Although I don't have a specific route planned out yet,

I also want to hear about the travel experiences of travelers from different countries.
Because of this, I want to start preparing on Couchsurfing from now on.

Whether as a host or a traveler, I want to enrich my experiences on this platform before formally setting off.
I think this might help me find hosts willing to accommodate me when I embark on my journey in the future. 🌍

Although I haven't hosted any travelers yet,
(Updated on 2024.03.18, excitingly, I received two sets of guests just last week😀)

Additionally, I am a magician and street performer.
My goal is to explore different countries around the world by the time I turn 30, giving myself a year to do so.
I have decent English conversational skills – I can listen and speak fairly well.
I'm an outgoing person, though I might be a bit shy with people I've just met,
but I quickly warm up to them.
I enjoy interacting with friends from different countries and trying out different things,
including various cuisines. I love music🎵, theater performances, and experiencing different forms of art, immersing myself in the stories or emotions conveyed by performers.

🪄My Routine:
I can host guests from Monday to Friday.
I usually reserve weekends for spending time with my girlfriend and family.
During weekdays, apart from teaching at specific times in schools,
I handle work matters at home or at my studio, which is just 30 meters away from my home.
So, my schedule is quite flexible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I plan to embark on a round-the-world trip when I turn 30, or more precisely, I intend to set aside funds to give myself a year to explore the world.

It's for this reason that I started preparing for this venture in 2023.

At that time, I was thinking, if I hope to encounter fantastic hosts during my journey at 30, then at the very least,

I must first become a great host myself.

"After I finish work, I can take you around the attractions in Taichung by car.

If you're interested in magic or balloon art,

I can share some interactive tricks with you during our travels.

We can visit popular landmarks or explore local night cafes with scenic views known only to locals.

If it's still early, we can also enjoy seafood by the beach or indulge in street food at the night markets.

If you're friendly and enjoy being around children, I can also take you with me to teach kids magic tricks."

But that would depend on luck, as I don't have magic classes for children every day
