About Me

Hi there :)

I'm Naim, and I travel as much as possible, while working as an electrical engineer in Copenhagen, Denmark.
I tend to be an open-minded person, curious about lots of things, and certain about quite few ^^.
In my spare time I play music, violin, piano and bagpipes, I like to run and read, eat nice food, play football or frisbee in the sun and generally just have a good time.
I love travelling incredibly, I've done quite some of it but not nearly enough. Going new places, meeting interesting and very different people and seeing insanely beautiful spots :).

PHILOSOPHY

A successful life to me is one in which you've experienced and loved as much and as many as possible.

CURRENT MISSION

A patch of grass to sit on, and sunshine on my face

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to both surf and host :) My hometown of Antwerp is a great place to spend some time in, and I'd love to show it to you. At the moment my hosting abilities are limited as I am not living there myself.

I travel light, but I'm carrying my violin, and I'm up for any kind of jam!
From time to time I write stories about my travels, which you can check out at www.naimandtheworld.com

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A couple of years ago, I and a couple friends got the chance to participate in a music project in Thailand and Cambodja. We saw and experienced many cool things, but without doubt the most incredible was playing a New Year's concert on New Year's Eve inside the main temple at Angkor Wat. Just unreal :)
Also, living in Poland for a year :)
