ABOUT ME

I like to travel. Most recent significant trip is a 14 month bike trip from China to France in 2007-8. I still miss the excitement of not knowing where i'm going to sleep the next day, whether searching for a dirt road in the middle of a forest, or looking for cool host to let me surf their couch in Europe. I've lived in the US, Spain, Japan, and China. Now, that i'm home (after 10 years of absence), I still feel out of place. I've accepted the fact that i'm addicted to adrenaline rush of seeing things for the first time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can host people and I hate hotels. The best way to visit a country is to be lead into it by someone who knows its perks and vices well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed couches in Vienna, Budapest, Rothenburg, and Paris. And Ihosted travelers in my apartment while i lived in The Bahamas over the last year. However, i've just switched countries and now settling to my new live in France with my husband.
