About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To break this rutt and see everything this world has to offer.

ABOUT ME

Basically I'm a geeky metal head, or a metallic geek head. I work hard to support my childish habits and I'm currently planning my first big trip to Europe in the hope that I'll find myself or somewhere new to live.

PHILOSOPHY

I find that most things can and will just work themselves out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm keen to host until I move apartments on the 10th May 2011.

When I return from Europe and find a new home I'll start hosting again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a few times, and going to surf soon!

Interests

I LOVE going to heavy metal concerts, there's nothing quite like hundreds of people jumping in time to the music.

I'm also a big fan of drinking, I approach drinking with the same respect a good woman, both require patience, attention, commitment and knowing when to say no.

Music, Movies, and Books

Top 5's in no particular order:

Movies: Fight club, terminator 2, blues brothers, Memento and Dark Knight

Books: Lee Child, Raymond E Feist, Stephen King, Robert Jordan and Dean Koontz

Music: Devil driver, Pink Floyd, Machine Head, Dave Matthews Band and Otep

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

watching Kabuki Theatre in Tokyo Japan, so much culture and history distilled down into a precise show. Amazing!

Drinking in Ireland on St pat's day. No country gets it just as right as Ireland.

Being called a "psycho" while searching for Spine bones in the catacombs of paris.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: Sadly my sheltered upbringing limits what I can teach others, I can teach how to physically restrain people and deal with aggressive and abusive people, but it's not really a nice thing :)

I want to learn to dance, pour a Guinness, hitch-hike, play drums and how to say 'cheers' in every language possible.

Countries I’ve Visited

Indonesia, Ireland, Japan

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia
