ABOUT ME

I am a bodywork practitioner (massage, craniosacral, deep tissue/myofascial, energy work) and meditator, with a focus on the energetic arts and the wide range of meditative arts. I consider myself grounded and realistic, all being said. I enjoy life and what it provides.
Humanity, and the art of sharing through dialogue, is one of my life's greatest pleasures.
