About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to live and learn

ABOUT ME

I am an architecture student and I love buildings and cities. In my free time I enjoy surfing (in the ocean), swimming, painting, and listening to/reading stories of all kinds.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that God is the source of all love and good. I am a Christian and I try to live my life seeking that source. I believe we live in a broken imperfect world, and we all need something or someone to save us from ourselves. I am respectful, open and curious to all views and philosophies, I love learning and hearing all points of view so I would also like to hear yours!

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly movies and books that make you think. I know, that's vague, maybe someday I will list them all. ...probably not...(ok some: Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sun setting over the Pacific Ocean as a thunder storm rolls in.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I don't have much to teach, but buildings do. The buildings we build don't just shelter us from the weather, they also define who we are. The older a building is, the longer story it has to tell. I think a culture and its buildings are inseparable. Try not to get me started about buildings.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, United States
