I think it's so easy to go to life feeling safe and comfortable, forgetting that there's a world full of things to discover. I try to live my life in a way that is true to my being and makes me happy. I like to revel in the little things and find a way to take pleasure from every moment.

I love to get to know new people. I like to laugh just as much as I like to get philosophical and deep.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that people who travel share a certain mentality - it takes someone who's been out there on their own, relying on the generosity of strangers to fully understand what someone else in that position needs. I've had some amazing experiences meeting brilliant, kind individuals and I want to give back to the world in any way that I can.

Interests

I'm an absolute music nerd. I don't watch a lot of TV shows but the ones I do I watch obsessively and I can quote the entire 10 seasons of Friends word for word. I'm a big video games fan and I try to stay on top of gaming news even in periods in my life when I don't have the time to play. I'm a fitness enthusiast and I always enjoy trying new ways to challenge my body, like rock climbing and snowboarding. I've recently been turned on to hiking and camping so I'd like to start doing a lot more of that.
