About Me
I'm Kristina.
I will just try to tell you some things about me, even if I find it quite difficult to describe myself...
In the last years I have learned to love being in international groups and sometimes I have the impression that I am getting a bit addicted to it. I often try to convince people that they should do an European Voluntary Service (I am already sorry, but it's really great!) because it was a very important part of my life so far. I am happy to have the possibility to participate in a binational study program and try to make some more international experiences besides my studies.
If I have free time I like to cook, discover the beautiful city of Strasbourg, ride my bike or to torture my neighbours with the sound of my saxophone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started couchsurfing during my European Voluntary Service in France. On my travels I met many friendly people and enjoyed the interesting stories everyone could tell. My hosts gave me a feeling like I was just visiting a friend so even when I was travelling alone I did not feel alone. For me this feeling of "Being welcome" has become a part of the couchsurfing idea.

Teach, Learn, Share
“There is only one way to learn. It's through action." - P. Coelho
As I like to cook, I could share some food and the knowledge how it is made with you. For exchange, it would be great to learn how to make some food from your country or region. It was a very funny moment when an Italian told me how Carbonara is really made - it has nothing in common with the Carbonara I had been eating before.
I would like to learn another instrument, something you can sing with, like the ukulele or the guitar. Still a dream at the moment...
What I Can Share with Hosts
My cooking skills, a smile and hopefully a nice time!
