I am a busy bee- balancing life between full-time work and grad school, and surprisingly making time to travel in between. The amount of food I can eat can be very deceiving for a 5'3'' petite me. I am trying to step out of my comfort zone by traveling solo. I can't wait to find out what my adventures have in store for me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have never learned to eat alone, let alone be in a new place by myself. I am looking forward to making new friends during my solo adventures and exploring their lifestyle and culture in their homeland which otherwise can't be experienced via camera lens.

I am pretty old school when it comes to music and movies. I listen to Jazz and Classical, and enjoy any movie that has Audrey Hepburn in it. I really enjoy reading books by Asian American authors. Snow Flower and the Secret Fan is my favorite book so far.

I can teach you how to invest in the stock market... just kidding! I lived in Nepal for 16 years before relocating to the US. I have experienced the best and the worst of both worlds so I am easily adaptable to any type of change. Both countries being the melting pots of nationalities and religions, I am always accepting of people for the way they are and embrace their differences that make them unique.
