About Me
ABOUT ME
I studied Social Work and Sociology and was working as an research assistant at a university for around one year. Last year in summer I went backpacking in Vietnam for 3,5 weeks and I enjoyed it so much that I decided to quit my job and go travelling around South East Asia for around 5 months.
I came to Innsbruck almost 4 years ago, and I really fell in love with the nature here. Before I used to live 4 years in Berlin doing my Bachelor there.
I like to meet new people and go out with my friends. I'm communicative and most of the time I'm in a good mood, because I love to laugh! :)
PHILOSOPHY
You never change things by fighting the existing reality.
To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete. (Richard Buckminster Fuller)
Sometimes you win, other times you learn - but you never lose.

Music, Movies, and Books
The book I read recently and which influenced me the most was 'Enough - breaking free from the world of excess' by John Naish. Sometimes I also enjoy reading some easy going books for relaxation.
I like to watch movies, especially the not so popular ones or movies with a real meaning, or documentaries.
For music I prefer Reggae music and sometimes some Psytrance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A jorney through East Africa with some of my friends and a six months trip through Asia by myself.
Teach, Learn, Share
I started thinking a lot about the use and waste of ressources in our everyday life and how this effects the life of everyone around this world. But sometimes the more you know the more messy your thoughts get. So I started to ask myself, what can I do?
I got to know about foodsharing, an initiative to stop the wasting of food. For me thats a beginning, but I'm longing for more idea and talks about how people maybe try in smal or even bigger steps to rethink their way of life.
