I used to be a full-time attorney working at a law firm in Washington DC. But I left my native USA in 2009. I lived in South Africa for 3 years. Since then I have been traveling the world while working remotely. I love exploring the world and meeting new people. I have been to more than 100 different countries. When I am not traveling, I base myself in Madrid.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Meeting local people is one of the most rewarding things about traveling. So I am starting to use Couchsurfing now to meet local people and learn about their cultures, history, foods, etc.

Interests

Love to travel all over the world and meet international people. I enjoy pickleball, cycling, hiking and board games. And I like good conversation, especially about worldly topics, including politics.
