Overview
About Me
I love to host and to meet people from different places and cultures, and I also love to travel, especially road trips. I am a musician, composer and sound engineer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have very good friends that have had really nice experiences with it, so I tried and now have my own great experiences as well. Besides that, I am used to having a lot of people visiting. Friends, family, friends of friends, and up to not so long ago, I made a living as a PR and concierge, so I love to show people a good time around the city.
Interests
I love the nightlife and the arts. I love galleries, concerts, bar hopping, dining, and clubbing. I like sports, but mainly individual sports, like racquetball and martial arts. I also enjoy volleyball and basketball, but only outdoors on hot days or nights. FC Barcelona fan. I live across the street from Camp Nou, so that is a sign. I love movies, and theatre, but my favorite thing is live music. Especially playing and performing it myself.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all music with a few exceptions. For partying I prefer house and techno. Maybe some Latin rhythms. To play, basically anything. To listen to, anything except for most of the reggaeton and top 40. In movies, I am more into independent and artistic themes. If not I prefer comedy and action. Books, I'll write a few: Mark Twain's "Huckleberry Finn", Milan Kundera's "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" and "The Joke", Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World" and "The Doors of Perception", and Jorge Ibargüengoitia's "Herod's Law".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sometimes I am amazed at how many times I have banged my head against something, and somehow I am still here, apparently properly functioning.
Teach, Learn, Share
I guess I could teach you to play almost any song on a guitar. =) And English and Spanish, and a little Catalan too. Maybe teach you how to cook some nice Mexican dishes too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Now that I have experience as a host, and judging by my guest's reactions, I am pretty sure that I will share my goodwill and a spirit of hospitality. And of course, there are very few people in Barcelona that know and live the nightlife as I do. ;)
