I'm a open-minded, positive-thinking and creative person who loves to laugh, be in nature and try to live a healthy life (non-smoking, almost non-alcohol, vegetarian). I'm very interested in photography and art. I love reading books, exploring cities, discovering different cultures and myself. Nature is my inspiration. For me it's fascinating to look into a sky full of stars, listen to the wind, the rain, waves at the beach or a river in a valley.

I resigned my job in august 2015 to traveling for ten month in Asia. This journey led me on one hand through fantastic landscape and vibrant cities in India, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia and Sri Lanka and on the other hand back to my happiness. It was an awesome experience, that I never want to miss.

After three month at home in Germany (July-September 2016) I decided to pack my bag again and spent some more time in southeast Asia traveling and finding a living. I'm really looking forward to this very excited next phase of my life. :-)

After the journey is before the journey - or: the adventure starts again. :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me Couchsurfing is the best way to discover a new place. You can not be closer to a foreign culture than living with the locals. I've met amazing, warm-hearted and lovable Hosts and become really good friends. I appreciate the time they spent with me photographing, laughing, exploring, talking and cooking.

Interests

photography, books, art, traveling, meditation, nature, discover different cultures and myself, exploring cities, meeting friends, dancing, badminton, sitting in the sun, relaxing, smiling, looking into a sky full of stars, mountains, stones, vulcanoes, listen to the sea/rivers/rain, try (!) to cook healthy (vegetarian) and delicious food :-), learning english, enjoy opera and ballet events. I'm a big fan of meaningful and wise sayings, like:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Becoming a certified Open Water Diver during my vacations in the Philippines. It was a really amazing experience to see this fascinating and colorful world.
