Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am fond of diversity in this world, I am here because CS is a way of knowing new people from different backgrounds. I hate to visit a new country as a tourist, I'd rather try to experience the real life in it, even in short trips.

I love nature, but I am more into culture and arts. People are culture and the origin of all arts.
In personal experience and as a journalist; work trips give me an access to the genuine sense of places but when I travel on my own it becomes more hard to get involved and this is exactly what I am looking for in the Couch Surfing experience!

Interests

Psychology, photography and Latin dance are on the top of my interests.

Also I love architecture, cinema, literature but all the adrenaline is for travelling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Fairouz (Lebanese singer) is my favorite ever. Arabic oldies, Latin, Jazz, French and many other kinds. I am not much interested in classic and I hate house and techno!

Cinema is my way to travel when I can't do physically. I hate action and horror, I love documentaries and drama. Sometimes comedy and Science fiction.

I enjoy Psychology books and Literature. I am not a very good reader, I believe that "reading" is more limited than "knowing" but of course when I read, I enjoy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach classic Arabic, journalism, voicing, and whatever I know in life!

I want to improve my French and learn Italian. Teach me as much as you can about your culture, since we met; then I am curious about your country.

Plays, concerts, visits to museums and galleries, photography walks, cycling rides, hiking, delicious food, new experience and a long discussion in a common interest!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd be happy to be your guide and company in Cairo. I don't get bored of sight seeing and attending cultural events.
