Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Originally to arrange for an overnight in LA which never happened because my flight was canceled. I love to travel! And I like to see how people live on different parts of the world--I really do feel like the whole world is my home--and hosting is like bringing a little of the world to me!

Interests

Hiking, singing, dancing, foreign movies, swimming, teaching art, music, helping people learn to swim and save money on their bills! Any live cultural display. Farmer's Markets and face-to face time. Doing portraits and painting. Teaching people how to do things and leading teams.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gone across Russia solo on the Trans - Siberian Railroad and stayed with people in their homes in 9 cities during January. Made a cable TV show about it!
