Three things I can't live without
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This is about an amazing thing I have eaten 😀
A beautiful evening in fort kochi. Taking an walk after my dinner 🍽️. The only thing in my mind is I have to eat something sweet and go back to my room.
So headed towards a cafe which is famous for their cakes. Entered the cafe , asked about cakes.
Disappointment on my face :(
they said they are out of cakes.
While coming out of the cafe, I met someone who's known but not so known.
I was working under her as a volunteer for an art festival for the last couple of days .
She said hi.
I said hi.
She gave me a bouquet 💐 and told me to take it and walk away.
I wasn't in a mood to ask questions where this is from, what this is for and to whom it's supposed to give.
I headed to find another desert spot.
Walking walking walking...
Time passes..
A foreign couple passed me on the way.
"Excuse me"
It was from that couple.
They said hi.
Strange.
Second hi of this evening from nowhere.
Me : hi to you two
They looked and pointed to the bouquet 💐 in my hand.
Them : where could we buy one like this ?
Me : mmmh. Idk.
Someone gave this to me.
Them : oh okay. We are going to a friend's place and we wanted to give him something nice for inviting us , we thought of buying something and we saw you with this bouquet so just asking. What do you suggest to us to buy in your tradition. (It was the Christmas season)
Me : there's a pretty good wine store over there, you can buy him a good bottle of wine
Them : he doesn't take alcohol and has diabates too. So no cakes and wines.
Me : if you don't mind take this bouquet from me it's fresh.
Them : are you sure ?
Me : damn sure. What would I do with this.
Them : thanks man. We appreciate this.
( Chit chat, Sharing contact and invitation to their place for dinner on the next day )
That's how I was introduced to
" tiramisu " and it was amazing 😁
