CURRENT MISSION

We are biding our time here in Montana during the long, cold winter while we garner the resources for our move to Southeast Asia. In the meantime, we'd love to meet and host interesting travelers who need a place to crash.

ABOUT ME

I've been in school for far too long now. I graduate with my Master's in May and I'm putting off my PhD so V and I can get out of the country and travel. We're leaving at the end of this summer to travel SE Asia for 6 months to a year with another couple. Once the money runs out we'll get jobs wherever we end up.

Though Velvet and I have busy schedules, we'd be delighted to offer up our spare bedroom (complete with comfy full size!) to anybody traveling on a budget. We like to enjoy a few beers or glasses of wine regularly, but don't expect a late-night party (at least on weekdays--with my 30's came wicked hangovers...blahhh).

We're new to CS, but hope to get the opportunity to meet some interesting characters...Bozeman, MT isn't exactly the most diverse of places to live.

I had the original idea for Facebook and it was stolen from me.
No, that's not true...

Being born to trapeze artists, Velvet grew up in the circus and spent some time as a lion tamer.
That's not true either...

I once pulled a pilot out of a helicopter wreckage and Velvet played the bagpipes when she was younger...Those are both true.
