ABOUT ME

Ah life! The love for traveling has taken me nearly around the world several times in my life, and now it is time once more to travel, teach, and explore. The love of horses lead me to a career outfitting and camping in the Canadian Rockies on horseback, which was being surrounded by beauty everyday, and a freedom I feel happy to have known. Living close to Nature is living close to the Divine.

PHILOSOPHY

WE ARE ONE. All Brothers and Sisters, connected to Our Mother the Earth, Our Father the Sky, the Cosmos.
Life is many things to me, and beautiful. To live life to it's fullest, be kind to everyone, and leave the world a better place, these are my goals. To foster good will, share a good meal and conversation, and to see another way of life is so interesting, important and pleasurable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in France, it was nearly Switzerland, at a lovely couple's home that they made me feel welcome in. It was a good first experience, and visiting a nearby market, climbing a beautiful mountain which gave us a view of Lake Geneva, and visiting a nearby ski resort, all made my visit very special.
Modica,during the flowering of the Almond Trees, in Sicily was my second experience, also a very good one, inspiring to both myself and my host.
Most recent was a visit to New Zealand where I was kindly received into my host's home and country.
What a great way to meet local people and enjoy their expertise of the area they call home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch hiked the world safely alone, Created a Back country Lodge in the Canadian Rockies, Changed careers later in life, traveled and loved it all. Guess that is more than one thing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Sharing our life experiences with others is the University of life. Sharing my experience in life with yoga, art, outdoor living, horses, animals and plants is such a beautiful thing. Helping others along the way, being helped along the way,being of service to others, is there anything else more important?
Sharing life's precious moments, eating together, walking, visiting beautiful countrysides, a cup of tea/coffee, these are precious mements in life.
