WHAT I HOPE TO AHIEVE WITH MY LIFE
My greatest hope is that I can live a meaningful life. I have some core values that act as a kind of
“compass” on what kind of person I want to be, and when I act in accordance with them I feel incredibly
empowered. I believe that my values; curiosity, compassion and self-development can be
lived in each moment but also never fully achieved. – Acting with kindness towards myself and
others, being innovative, and exploring my potential are acts of ongoing basis.

LOVING PROJECTS
I'm always busy with a 100.000 projects and ideas,
spanning over a great number of interest!
Creating projects is one of the most rewarding and
exciting activities I know of. Despite all the frustrations,
doubts and mistakes, it always triggers an
enormous energy and drive in me,
Here are some of the ones i'm most proud of,

INTEGRATION OF REFUGEES
I started a refugee committee at Krabbesholm Højskole
with the aim of helping and supporting young refugees in Skive.

ESTABLISHED A VEGETARIAN COLLECTIVE
I had a vision of living in a community with people
who shared my values. For that reason my friend and
I established a 100% vegetarian collective, that highly
weights ecology.

DRAWING WORKSHOPS
I have arranged four “Conditional Design Drawing
Workshops”. A design method developed by Studio
Moniker (NL), which creates fantastic illustrations out
of a strict set of rules and teamwork in groups of four.

SOLO PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION
I exhibited a series of photographs and collages,
that reflected my emotional struggles after the
death of my father. Later they were also exhibited
at the arrangement “Day of the Mind”, which was in
collaboration with

IMPORTANT PEOPLE IN MY LIFE
FATHER: An original and creative spirit who enjoyed everything which was different and outside
the norms. He triggered my rebellious attitude and courage to stand out.
MOTHER: My support through everything I have carried out. She has given me the belief that I am
good enough, just as I am.

GRAPHIC DESIGN - A LIFE LONG COMPANION
I'm in love with me profession! Finding the right use of shapes,
colours, and fonts on print design, websites, and social media is
always a challenge and extremely fun! - Especially when i succeed
in creating a clear, powerful and fun message!

PHOTOGRAPY - MY NEWEST PASSION
Finding shapes and colours in the "real world", is my newest
hobby. I try to carry my camera with me at all times!

MEDITATION - CURIOSITY AND COMPASSION
The 20 minutes on my meditation bench every single
day is crucial to my energy and makes me the best version of myself!
Training my ability to be aware of my experiences here and now, without
wanting to change or judge them, and without being caught in thoughts
and memories. In this way I maintain my curious and non-judging attitude
to the world and to myself,.

Music, Movies, and Books

FAVORITE MUSIC
I can enjoy and dance to ANY kind of music if the setting and atmosphere is right. Head banging to a heavymetal koncert, trance dancing to new age music in a secret forrest event or smooth jazz a late night with some red wine with good friends. But i actually listen to podcast a lot more then music. I'm addicted to Ted Talks, Science lectures, and anything about history!

FAVORITE MOVIES
HA! The only subject i can't go on about for hour. I like movies, for the same reasons as everyone else i guess. It's fun to experience lot's of emotions in a short periode of time! Laughing over comic relief, crying over lost loves or thrilling action scenes! - And yes. I'm the kind of person that really gets into my emotions and hides behind the couch if it gets scary enough.

FAVORITE BOOKS
History, Fantasy & Science Fiction: Travelling into a totally different univers (that being going back in actual time or to a time imagined and created in somebody's head) really makes me relax. It allows me to totally forget about all of my problems in "real life".
