ABOUT ME

This is like the question they ask you in an interview, "Tell me about yourself." My least favorite question because I never know what to say!
Ok, so I am a pretty chill person born and raised in Philly. I went to undergrad for Interior Design. Got my BFA but now I am interested in the behind the scenes of theater. I am always shy at first but once I am comfortable around a person I allow my crazy out. Everyone has crazy in them! I'm still developing as a person. (However, I don't think anyone ever stops growing.) I am learning that, although I value my loved ones values and opinions, my own is what really matters. :) Which is why I'm jumping ship and looking for adventure! I've always dreamed of the life of a traveler, now I'm trying to make it a reality. I've traveled a bit but not enough to quench my thirst. It's like that first tattoo. Once you get one, you need more!
But yea, long story short. I am a somewhat experienced traveler beginning a new journey and excited for what ever lies ahead. :D

PHILOSOPHY

Remember to live. Life is too short to get caught up in societal expectations. Live and always love. <3

Also remember that you are number one. If you don't take care of you first what will be left of you to help others?
And always make sure you are being treated like the amazing person you are. If you're with someone that you wouldn't like for your friend, why would you like them for you? You deserve what you envision for your loved ones as well. Love yourself as you would love your best friend. :) You're important.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started participating by surfing my way from Philly to Cali back in 2013. A friend of mine took me to a couple events in different cities. If I'm in town I'm always down to meet other surfers! Event though I am not traveling as much now, I have a deep belief in the power of travel and building relationships. It's a beautiful thing and I support it 100%.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The people I have met thus far have been absolutely amazing. I have not had a bad experience so far. Everyone has been so kind and very hospitable. I can't wait to do more!

Interests

My interests include what ever is fun. I love all things art. I recently picked up the hobby of cutting wine bottles and turning them into stuff. I can be an outdoorsy gal but I can also stay in and play video games. I like to read, however I can't promise I will finish the book. :) unless I really really like it.

Take me on a hike and I'll be happy :D
