About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My mission in life must be to feel happy. To be able to do what I want to, to be important to the people I love and to enjoy all the possibilities I've been given!

ABOUT ME

I'm a happy, outgoing and positive person. I believe in Karma - so I try to be good! I love being a part of the CS network because I think we all benefit from being open and trusting toward each other and CS is def. a good way to practise this skill :D I love trying new things, and meeting funny and interesting people from all over the world. I expect to be treated like I treat other people!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in Karma, so I try to be good. I also try to see things from the bright side, I've realized that even though things doesn't happen like I would like them to, I can usually get something wonderful out of the situation. I also believe that we can all learn a lot from each other so I try to be open :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted three surfers at my place now, but since I have very little room I only host people I find really interesting and feel compfortable with. In the future I def. wanna try surfing some more, since I only tried it once. It was an amazing experience though. I will almost always be up for meeting up for a coffee and showing you some of my favourite places in Århus.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All of my CS experiences have been great, but very different - like the people I've met :) I'm only more intrigued to have more encounters with fellow CS'ers, I love the idea of travelling this way. To see the world from the perspective of the people who live there and at the same time meet people who have the same view on this as me and who are so incredible generous with their time and couches..

Interests

I have a lot of different interests, I will try to list some of them here: I love cooking, being with friends drinking nice wine, going to crazy concerts and festivals, museeums, climbing and rapelling, going in the ocean in the winter time. Pushing my limits and trying new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment I'm listening to Yelle (amazing french singer), Oh Land, Florence and the machine and a lot more. I'm trying to read some books that will be relevant for my studying but it's hard ;) I do love reading Japanese writer Haruki Murakami his writing is very interesting and different.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ayers Rock (Uluru) in Australia, it was an incredible expeirence I will never forget. Other than that my year as an Au Pair in Washington DC has probably been the most amazing thing I have ever done for myself. It made me a stronger person and widened my horizon!
