i think that the greatest barrier to develop as a person is when one gets too comfortable with whatever static situation we're in.
challenging ourselves with being open to whatever experience that comes with fx. travelling keeps us aware and alive. that is the greatest achievement of all..... being good at fist pumping comes next.
