About Me
Can be shy at first, but enthusiastic about sharing my experiences and knowledge with anyone interested and can be kind of dorky sometimes!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I went to an international school in Norway and learned so much from meeting people from many different cultures. So I hope to continue this adventure in the city I know best: Hong Kong! From Jan 2015, my family will move away for a few years, there are spare rooms in my apartment. I may not always have the time to accompany you around the city since I have quite a packed schedule, but I can certainly give you directions to an off-beaten-track if you wish to see the city from an insider's perspective or a foodie's perspective!
Update May 2017:
I myself have now relocated to Belgium to continue my studies. Thus, instead of hosting, I hope to be on the way again and be surprised by new travel experiences!
Update Feb 2019:
Relocated to Germany. Had a wonderful 2-week adventure in Tibet in August 2018 :)
Interests
I am more of a thinker and meditator than a party-goer.
I enjoy reading and discussing philosophy, theology, and issues related to intercultural and interfaith understanding.
I also enjoy hiking and nature, and Hong Kong has beautiful hills and seashores!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love choral music and Indie Rock.
My recent favourite movies are A Cure for Wellness, Manchester by the Sea, and The Sense of an Ending.
Since I aspire to become a theologian and philosopher, most of the books I read are hence related. Yet I appreciate anything from culture and literature and can be found intensely reading anything from notice boards to food labels in all the languages etc
