I love to explore unknown places. In my twenties, I had lived in a small town at Ghana for two years and Myanmar over 3 years, which made me more brave.

These experiences gave me opportunities to discover about commons and differences of human beings. Through knowing new people, I always learn new things, like diffrences of life styles, characteristics, ideas and thoughts, etc. It's really fantastic to know others that makes me being aware of who I am.

My interesting area are the Oriental thoughts, like yoga, and Zen. I can explaint to you how diffeernt between Zen and meditation, and how to use our body in Zen thoughts, which I learned from my Zen master.

I enjoy my life by exploring both of the outside and the inside world, in balance.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

One day, I saw African couple in Myanmar, who I rarely saw. I went to talk to them and we become friends. So they invited me to come to a party in the following weekend. At the party, I saw one group who are only Japanese at this party. I went to talk to them and we become friends. As it happened, one of the group members was a friend of Ms. Aung San Suu Kyi who is a Burmese winner of Nobel Peace Prize. One year later, I got a chance to have an interview to her. This story begun because I just talked to the African couple!
