Hi my name is Naomi :) I worked as a Mental Health Care Assistant for 6 years before quitting my job to travel the world. I am travelling with my partner, Reece (27). He worked as a joiner.

We both love to meet new people, exploring new countries, learning about different cultures, scuba diving (we are certified divers), I am an artist in my spare time, I usually draw people and I also do a lot of Special Effects Makeup. We also love walking, climbing, adrenaline rushes, cooking and food in general!! (We also enjoy a drink or two). I recently started a travel blog to share my experiences and advice with like minded people, I love writing and, if you like, I can write about our time with you during our travels!

The next countries we are visiting are: Rarotonga- Australia- Singapore- the Philippines- Vietnam- Camodia- Laos. Then we're hoping to do Myanmar, Nepal and India... but that all depends on our funds!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We believe that the best way to absorb a new country is to live with the locals! We love to travel and talk with like-minded people, experience how different people live and try new cuisines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso (West Africa) for 3 months and volunteered with a charity who promote rights for people with disabilities.
