Hi there! My name's Naomi and I currently live in wonderful west Wales. I love to dance (especially 5Rhythms), be in nature, have deep conversations, and connect.

Just finished a masters in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal psychology. My research explored people's experiences of healing relationship trauma through 5Rhythms. I'm really passionate about this!
