ABOUT ME

I think the best way to find out is to meet me and decide for yourself, because I of course am bias... but if you really want to know, I am a really cool person!
I like books, helping people, dogs, olives, friends, family, food in general, men, music, fun, dancing, stars, bubbles, beer, balloons, colouring, writing, talking, being outside, rain, summer, fall, winter, spring, and the sound of water.
I dont like being crowded or being stuck in small places (Im a tad claustrophobic), smelly things, mean/rude people who make you sad, seeing problems I cannot fix, or having to say goodbye.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Try to host when I can, get together local CSers whenever possible, and surf as many couches as I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some wonderful folk through CS and I plan to continue doing so. I would really like to get more involved in the whole aspect of CS; after I settle and have things under control I plan to begin a stronger role in the whole CS deal. It's all about the love people.

Interests

Family, friends, food, fun, outdoors, camping, water, sharks, long talks with good friends, long talks with interesting strangers, a pint of lager after a long day, sunshine, trees, writing, books, reading, children, smarties, Christmas, travel, weddings, planning events, learning, playing the guitar(even though this skill is yet to be achieved!!!), dogs, cuddling, taking a long run on a scenic route, boardgames, tea, etc etc etc...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love them all! Movies - cuddling up on the sofa with a glass of wine (or mug of tea depending on the mood) and a bowl of tasty grub and totally losing yourself in a good movie... its priceless.
Music - I enjoy most music, there are so many different kinds of music, one to suit every single mood in life.
Books - I have been reading more then ever since I started traveling again, need a good read? I can recommend something amazing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Fallen to the ground from 13,000 feet high and lived to tell the tale.

Traveled half way around the world to live with a family I'd never met (turned out to be one of the best things Ive ever done!)

Watched a baby lamb being born... messy but beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach- I'll try my best. I can try to teach you how to blow bubbles with your saliva, I'm not half bad at juggling either.
Learn- I am much more comfortable in this position as I find it a lot easier to retain information than to give it. I think teaching is a gift, one that I was not given.
Share- this on the other hand comes quite naturally to me. I love sharing!!
