It's good to be back... after many years travelling in other ways, and living a more rooted life in Montreal, I'm travelling to Mexico and rediscovering the beauty of this way of connecting with people and place. Looking forward to meeting you!

Im an artist who is in love with the beauty of life, trying to give back that richness I receive from the light of the day, the infinite moods of the night, the textures of sound, the vitality of all the creatures and cultures.
I try to greet the world with warmth, creativity, deep curiosity, honesty, good humour, and rich soul.

Just rewriting this profile for the first time in a decade!? So its a melange, these pictures (other than my profile) are many lifetimes ago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For many years I lived in a community house in Toronto, Canada that hosted couchsurfers from all over the world. We made life long friends, and discovered the world this way, what a gift. I began my own travels and used this network as a jumping off point, and ended up making friends and travelling very organically. I also ended up doing a bunch of cycle touring through Asia, volunteering on sustainability projects, teaching and participating in artist residencies abroad.
I am just reconnecting here and really grateful and excited this is still happening!

I really believe in the generosity of heart and mutual enrichment that comes from being the kind of person who wants to share life. This kind of hospitality is the ancient human way, and we need this more than ever.
