I used to own furniture business for the last 18 years in the USA http://www.furnitologist.com, then I decided that capitalism was not for me. I was a Licensed Real Estate consultant in the USA, a #pizza chef, I make my gourmet pizza using #sourdough starter from scratch! with all modesty I make one of the best pizzas in the world, I studied making pizza and healthy fast food business for 20 years while traveling .... I enjoy to explore the rich variety of sizzling flavors when traveling, I believe that food, herbs, and spices is a medicine, what you eat is who you are!
Thai, vegetarian ramen, Mediterranean and gourmet, sourdough pizza, veg spaghetti, curry, sushi, eggplant shakshuka, avocado-pudding, nasu dengaku–grilled eggplant with miso, enjoying Ethiopian food like a pro, Jewish and Spanish food, drunken noodles!!
German bread, French bread, Tunisian bread, ugly organic tomatoes, vegetarian/vegan, with some very, very occasional chicken thrown into the mix if you are not vegetarian! always looking for and strange food and chaos.
Thailand, the Philippines, dreaming about the fruits in those areas, watching wildlife and so on. I like places that are quiet, and wide open, with lots of trees, where I can walk, cycle and keep going. I find beauty in the little things in Nature! ʕ·ᴥ·ʔ
