About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"When you live for a long time time in the same place, you become blind because you don't observe anymore. I travel not to become blind." (Josef Koudelka)
ABOUT ME
Well, let me think...
I love scuba diving, geography, history, photography, cocktail making, nature and animals: I often have with me some good magazines/books about these topics (ex. National Geographic), I really think they inform people much better than italian newspapers and TV do.
I love my job. I like to mix spirits and flavours in order to deliver the perfect drink to whoever is thirsty. Getting more and more interested in experiments and i think i'm doing pretty good: lavender infused gin, raspberry and vanilla rum, fat-washed bourbon, basil and rosemary infused gin, walnut liqueur... :)
It's a bit like working in a kitchen, with the only difference that you use liquid stuff...
I love cooking for people I host and that host me! A good dinner with good food, cold beers and nice chats is a really good way to know each other and enjoy you stay.
I love sleeping, art, music; I like to relax somewhere with something to drink; I like clouds, thin rain, snow and storms at night, fog... sun is good to make a city or a place more pleasant if I'm visiting, or if i'm going fishing ;)
I like shadow, trekking, hear stories, landscapes, Bloody Mary and Mai Tai, milk, get lost somewhere, sleeping (i know, i've alredy written it...), basketball and soccer; I love Family Guy, the Simpsons, Futurama; I like comics, hot pepper, black pepper, orange lights, videogames, postcards, flags, a dark-blue sky with stars and full moon; I love a good laugh! :)
I love Italy, my gorgeous Italy... if i don't have to live there.
I always miss Milan, Brussels, and France.
I really enjoyed Stockholm, Barcelona, Sevilla and Granada, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
I would definitely suggest to visit Lisbon, the Alps, Cinque Terre, Prague and Tatra Mountains.
But my heart is lost somewhere between south east Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
I love movies... Back to the Future trilogy, The Blues Brothers, Pulp Fiction, Indiana Jones, Beverly Hills Cops, Goodfellas, Reservoir Dogs, Django Unchained, Animal House, The Godfather, some of the Disney movies...
I love life!!
I love sleeping... yeah baby, once again! :P
...do I need to say that I love to travel????? ;)
I DO NOT like having my fridge empty, italians, stupid italian guys on holiday with pink t-shirts and giant sunglasses, italian TV and newspapers, go to the beach and stay for hours under the sun, to lose a whole day, narrow-minded people, liquorice, fake italian food (ex. chicken or pineapple on pizza or lasagne "all porno"... 0_0), work on monday, some of my ex-workmates, one of my ex-girlfriends, sand in my underwear or swimming suit, people who easily get mad, rude and arrogant people, people without any passion and a flat life... mosquitoes!!! I HATE fucking mosquitoes!!
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let people live... so easy!! ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Scuba diving: got addicted to it.
Erasmus in Normandy: one of the best year of my life!
About six years ago I decided in a couple of weeks to leave everything I had in Milan and try to start another life on the other side of the world. I've decided to leave my friends, my family, my girlfriend, my job, my life in Italy and go somewhere else without having any idea on what to do in the next years, because I was deeply unsatisfied.
Now that I travelled South East Asia and Australia, I can honestly say that leaving everything behind was the best decision I've taken in my whole life.
It's an amazing feeling, and it's crazy. And, damn, I fucking like it! :)
