About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel as much as I can as slow as I can, while making a difference in this beautiful world

ABOUT ME

Born in Brazil, sort of raised in the U.S. Obviously, enjoy traveling…rollerblading, skydiving, chilling, although I’m a workaholic (American mentality). I Love Brazilian food…enjoy life. I adore the few true friends I have. I paint (acrylic) sometimes. I am an activist…and sort of an Utilitarian. I enjoy political science books, and I actually love documentaries (I don’t know, I like learning factual stuff). I’m into volunteering… (I think it’s important). I still believe everyone is entitled to basic human rights. I’m a simple person, though I enjoy a glass of wine…and some cheese of course. I work in a cubicle, but I’m about to change that…I’m trying to get back to school for international Economics, although I’m terrible in math. But if anyone is willing to help me with it, I’ll teach them whatever I know. I like listing to Moby, Bliss, Massive Attack…I’m married to a stud. He’s my other half! We travel together at all times. He’s an environmentalist and wears these cool bangles...on his right arm, no he’s not a full fledge hippy. But he sure knows how to rough it up when we travel. He is funny, down to earth and into the same things as me.Oh...and I aspire to be a writer someday.Sometimes i get cranky when i don't get enough sleep.

PHILOSOPHY

“If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain.”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I’m new to couch surfing, but it seems to be a promising experience. I care about my global community’s welfare. As I said, I’m a freak when it comes to volunteering. I believe in true exchange of knowledge. And I have and continue to volunteer oversees.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Again as I explained, I’m new to CS. And I’ll tell you more once I get more involved.

Interests

Painting…books, photography, sports, palates, yoga…rollerblading, I have been trying to snowboard…I suck at it! I’m a terrible swimmer…but that’s my New Year resolution: to learn how to swim…

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every day is amazing even if it’s an ordinary day. I meet amazing people everyday…But the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen is the African Sky! It’s colors are unbelievably unforgettable!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am fascinated about the middle-easterner cultures…teach me anything about it and I’ll appreciate it for the rest of my life.
I would love to work on my French pronunciation…and I would like to attempt to learn Arabic.
I’m a great volunteer…I have predisposition to work for the common good. And I would like to share and learn new skill sets in regards to community development.
I’m willing to teach English and Portuguese…
i hussle!
