About Me

As probably 99% of Couchsurfers, I am of the traveller sort. I have a special love for Asia -- I have been to China, Thailand and Japan so far and I can't wait to see more!

I love learning new languages (currently, Japanese and German) and my plans for the future include a long, long stay in Japan and/or Berlin. I also love nature and hiking, anime, reading and I'm really interested in the world of tattoos.

I'm currently working as a localisation project coordinator in Barcelona. It's nice to meet you!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not the best at music, but in the international panorama, I love bands such as Queen, Gorillaz or R.E.M. In Spain, my all-time favourite is Estopa, followed by Antònia Font, Bebe, Mecano and loads more. I would like to know more about classical music, but there is so much that I don't even know where to start.

At the moment, I'd say my favourite author is Haruki Murakami, who has been blowing my mind since the first time I read his work. My favourite genre is dystopia/sci- fi, so I enjoy books such as Brave new world (Huxley), Never let me go (Kazuo Ishiguro), the Ender saga (Scott Card) or The gods themselves (Asimov).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Thailand two times, the first one with my dad and sister and the second one with my boyfriend. The South-East of Asia is such a magical place and I cannot wait to know more about it.

Living abroad (in Dublin and Heidelberg) is quite an amazing experience too! I cannot help but look back with nostalgia to the days of disorientation, house-hunting and feeling a bit vulnerable. All of this made me grow as a person and I hope I can relive it once and again in another different country.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always open to new knowledge :)
On my behalf, I can teach languages (Catalan, Spanish, English, a bit of French even!) and maybe some vegan cooking tips.
