About Me
Hello, stranger sunshine!
My name is Anastasiia and I'm going to be your friend if you don't mind. I live in Lviv which is the cultural capital of Ukraine and just a beautiful and breathtaking city. I enjoy everything in this life: good books, music, art, nature, cultures, and people. But my true passion is board games! I have a small collection of 10 games I would love to show you and play some.
I'm open to everything new, have a lot of interesting stories from my life and eager to listen more from strangers. 'Cause to look at the world through the stranger's eyes is soooo interesting.
Do you have some stories to be heard? ;)
P.S. Usually, I travel with my boyfriend, so you can check more info about us on his profile: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/max-prysiazhnyi
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really like to be a traveler, not a tourist. To meet locals, to taste local food and drinks, to be in places that are unknown for tourists. To see the true soul of the city.
Also, I'm here to meet people! We live in a multicultural world, but I've already met only a few of them! That should be changed :)

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: jazz, funk, rap, rock, classic... There is no favorite one, it depends on the mood.
Movies: "The Gentelment", "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", "Whiplash", "Pulp Fiction", "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", "Léon: The Professional", "Bohemian Rhapsody" and others.
Books: I'm doing a "book marathon" right now: 1 book per 1 week. This week is about "The Minds of Billy Milligan".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I and my bf, we had our self-challenging trip around Europe last summer (2018). We bought tickets to Faro (Portugal), took 150 euros, a tent and motivation to enjoy 25 days abroad. We were in Portugal - Spain - France - Belgium - Netherlands - Germany - Poland, visited 12 cities, hitchhiked 5 000 km, slept 15 nights in the tent, 8 nights in our couchsurfers' home and 2 nights in parking and gas station))
I'm looking forward to repeating this amazing journey :)
