ABOUT ME

This thing is VERY outdated and my life changed a lot since I last wrote it 2 years ago. I decided to leave it there for you to know how I was feeling some time ago about life and well... I am lazy to write too many paragraphs about me :D

What I can say for now is that I currently live and work in Krakow (Poland) and I am not planning to leave this paradise in the next few years :)

My last "about me" page stated that I was too lazy to write about myself. Well... laziness IS part of my life not in a bad way, though. Sometimes, I think like Homer Simpson (one of my heroes): why do something today if I can do it tomorrow =D

I am a Brazilian/Portuguese living in Birmingham, England. Finished my Masters in Journalism and thought life was going to be easy because of that. Such a fool... Well, here I am trying to make things work for me, trying to get a job (if you have one, let me know) and trying to have a decent life.
I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. As I wrote somewhere here, the most important thing when I meet someone is if I will remember this person, for any reason, one day and if I will be remembered as well. And I love meeting animals!

An important PS: I hardly ever write Brasil with a Z. In BraSil, the correct is with an S. I know it is grammatically wrong in English, but my brain just do not allow me to do so =D

Dogs are our best friends and they are the only living things that will love you more than they love themselves. I am very cautious of people who truly dislike dogs.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been away from CS. I used it some times, but my current flat is not able to accommodate more people - we are 3 in 25sqm: myself, my girlfriend and the cat.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although it is a long time since a have last used CS, I was once part of the community! I met people from Bolivia, Colombia, France and some other countries for drinks and for walks around Sao Paulo (Brasil) and Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) and I was hosted twice by lovely people in Sheffield (England) and Vilnius (Lithuania).

I played football with children in Bolivia and I had dinner for two weeks with Gypsy beggars in Norway. Eye-opener experiences, in my case.

I can definitely teach you how to juggle and, if we have time, Portuguese.
