Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am interested in learning about different cultures and meet with interesting people from all over the globe.

Interests

About two years ago I started to work out with kettle bells. Kinda weird for a girl, huh? But for some reason this type of sport is extremely popular in my University and there are many sport competitions held in Saint Petersburg for guys and girls. After long time of training I have joined my university team of kettle bells lifting. I have peroform in different competitions as a part of the team and on my own. As a result of doing a lot of sports and working out lately I got really interested into different types of trainings, exercises and healthy eating.
This year I started to go to a dance class also. I have been always passionate about dancing and now I can't imagine a single day without it. But I am totally an amateur:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I read a lot and I do not really have specific preferences in books. I usually just choose books depending on my mood:) I read mane classical books along with modern fiction of Russian and foreign authors. Such as Roberts, Cunningham, Dostoevski, Tolstoy, Kerouac, Gavalda - no specific pattern. I am opened to different genres.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was an exchange student in American high school for a year. This amazing experience changed me a lot, I saw life at a different angle. I was studying in school with kids from different countries. I loved how multicultural, loving and tolerant my school was.
