Overview
About Me
Travelling is probably my favourite thing in the world. I like to combine big cities and small towns full of culture, with peaceful landscapes to hike in silence.
I really love theatre, museums and movies. I'm also a big fan of architecture (ancient and contemporary) and literature.
I am a visual artist, mostly dedicated to sculpture right now, but going from one discipline to the other. I studied to be a stage/set designer, but i like so much working with my hands that i ended up working more at my atelier constructing stage/sets designed by other people.
I really love to learn about other cultures.
PS. I'm agender, please try to use neutral pronouns.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like getting to know places and culture through contact with people. When i travel and meet someone from the place i'm visting, I feel i get a totally different experience and I get to know a less "touristy" part of the place, so when people come to my beloved Buenos Aires i try to show them a little bit about the places we like in our everyday life.
One of my passions is food, specially when i get the chance to know a culture by what they eat. So big part of my trips consist on finding out what locals like and trying it. I also enjoy cooking, so i guess cooking and sharing meals are great ways to meet.
---
I've recieved guests and stayed at hosts' homes many times, just not through couchsurfing, but through a pacifist organization called Servas. In my last trips i found that most people from that organization are 50+ years old, so I decided to also join couchsurfing to meet younger people. I had some nice experiences meeting couchsurfers in Japan.

Music, Movies, and Books
I couldn't choose...
Music: I like rock, tango, brazilian popular music, argentinian folklore, some latin american female singers, even power metal every once in a while. I don't like pop music.
Cinema: mostly independent.
Books: Lately i've been reading a lot of about gender studies/feminist theory. Regarding fiction, I read mostly novels, but i also like short stories and poetry.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walk the Inca Trail to Macchu Pichu, in Peru.
See the northern lights in Lapland, Norway.
Stay for a night at a buddhist temple and go for a walk in the cemetery in KoyaSan, Japan.
Teach, Learn, Share
I think we can always learn from one another.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We could share a tasty vegan meal (homecooked by ourselves, or at one of my/your favourite places), drinks, a nice walk through the city or some cultural activity as live music or a visit to a museum. But i think the most important thing we could share is the conversation.
