I love travelling, learning more about other cultures and making new friends. I'm Brazilian but I've also lived in France and Canada. I work with Communications, Art, Culture, Sociology and Musicology.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I've first entered on CS, I had recently moved to Montreal. Through CS meetings I could make lots of great friends, many of them became my best friends during my studies in Canada.
Then, I started hosting and I've learned so much with visitor from Germany, Somalia, Israel, US, Czech Republic and Finland. It was such a fulfilling experience! I was glad to help them to explore Montreal, happy to arrive home and have new friends to share a meal or a beer and really delighted to hear about their countries and personal interests.
The third step was to surf on some CS couches in Canada and US. I've always felt really welcome.

Interests

I'm an art lover. I appreciate going to concerts, to the theater, to exhibitions. Or just staying at home with good company, netflix and a glass of wine. I'm also interested in social justice, faith and meditation.

I also adore animation cinema for example, the ones by Sylvain Chomet, National Film Board of Canada and The Animation Workshop (Denmark), Pixar, Dreamworks and Disney. On Tv, I love Simpsons and the big bang theory!

I can teach about Brazilian art and culture. I'm a journalist with a master's degree in Musicology who thinks is a sociologist and consider studying theology. A nice mess :)
