I could talk or not talk for hours.
I like gummi bears better than chocolate.
I like making animal noises at animals.
I like learning.
I like sharks.
I like goats.

I wanted to make sure I did something crazy, character-building and bubble-bursting before getting nailed down by the realities of life (mortgage, marriage, kids, incontinence). So I unplugged from the Matrix and set out to get more involved in global society by traveling and volunteering around the world for a serious stretch of time. Hence, I quit my job and set off on a massive adventure across Eastern Africa, Southern Africa, Central Asia and Southeast Asia.

I'm back now, and have re-entered "reality," but am always and forever aspiring to ingrain adventure, inspiration, enrichment, fun and creativity into my everyday life.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I just started using CS on my RTW trip, so I've only been able to surf. True to form as a solo female traveler, I started out only staying with fellow lady-folk.

With more experience and having gained a high degree of belief in the merits of CS and humans in general, I've branched out a lot more and have stayed with all kinds of peeps. And everyone has been great!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started CouchSurfing in Malawi, of all places. I've since surfed in Zambia, South Africa, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Thailand, the Philippines and a few places throughout the USA. I surf whenever possible. I will host when I'm in a living situation where I'm able to.
