I have a nice living room . The place is super safe. I have a nice view on palm trees. I have been living there for many years.

It's walking distance to everything and close to all transportations.

I am a 5mins walk from trains and buses and it is super easy to use Lyft or Uber.
I am located in the heart of the city.

(put the bike(s) on the bus and get to Santa Monica Boardwalk)

• Tennis rackets
(tennis courts are 10 mins away)
• Access to a Video/Recording Studio

The place is located:

• 15 mins by train Hollywood,
• 10 mins Downtown LA
• 15 mins to the Grove in West Hollywood
• 10 mins walk stunning park trails (exercising/hiking)
