Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There's not much on my profile but I have already used couchsurfing before. It was always with my sister's profile though.
I used it once in Bangkok a year ago to have diner with people, interact... It was the first time I was using it. In the end, I got to meet a Thai woman who was also meeting 2 other couchsurfers : an Indian and a Chinese girl. The Indian was going to meet a Urkrainian couchsurfer and the Urkrainian woman was with 2 dutchs and 2 costa ricans. That's how I had an AWESOME first experience with CS.
Then, in Indonesia... I was there with my sister and thanks to CS we met 3 persons. 2 of them to have diner and a drink in Jakarta. We were about to go travel with one of them but we chose to go travel between sisters in the end since it had been a year we hadn't seen eachother.
The third CS we met, it was in Yogya. Our goal was to meet locals. The woman we met turned out to be really really nice. We had planned to stay at her place for a day but in the end, we stayed at her place for 3 or 4 days. We met her friends, we went to her favourite restaurants, she adviced us on what we should visit and as it's one of her dreams, I hope she'll manage to come travel in France and that I can host her in return !
I have always considered CS as a way to get in contact and interact with people with other cultures and other life styles.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like reading books about justice. "Justice: What is the right thing to do?" is a great one in my opinion!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Crossing a bamboo bridge in Indonesia, sleeping (REALLY sleeping haha) with the grand mother of a friend's friend in Vietnam. Very random but the situation explains it all.
