About Me

I am 31 years old, half italian, half brazilian. I have been traveling together with my partner Marielli (from Brazil) for almost 6 years. I research and work with regenerative and peasant agriculture. My life purpose is to grow food, medicine, fuel and fibre at the same time as restoring natural ecosystems. My wife Mari is a nutritionist whose focus is indigenous/traditional diets. Traveling, farming and indigenous cultures are our biggest passions.

When we left Brazil our dream was to spread love around the world and help people. In order to do that we decided to live without money. We lived for 3 years completely moneyless. One of the most incredible experiences of my life where I learned a lot about community and frugal living.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe it's the best way to travel. Traveling for me it's about meeting people. And meeting people, for me, it's the way to learn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived and traveled for 3 years without using any money; based on the kindness and generosity of people that I met on the way. A lot of hitchhiking (land and sea) and a lot of volunteer work!

Hitchhiked through the Australian desert.

Sailed the Pacific ocean.

Grew a lot of organic and real food and loved thousands and thousands of people!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach everything I have learned; specially related to ecology and agriculture; I love learning about different cultures and I can share how it's possible to live and travel without money and still help a lot of people!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share miracles, beautiful and incredible stories about our travels; love and lots of different traditional recipes.
