Overview
About Me
My name is Natalia Guajardo. I am Chilean and 33 years old. Profesionally, I am an English Teacher, but from my heart I consider myself just a teacher or a messenger. I am also a Hatha Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Healer which I learned in India in January this year. Sometimes just to have fun I am also a Zumba Instructor (spreading my latin rythms to the world), and in my free time I like to play my ukelele.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have been traveling for the last 3 years: In New Zealand, Australia and Asia. Currently I am finally at home to recharge batteries. I hope to be back on the road by May this year; this time Europe. I have been there before as a tourist, but this time I would like to go as volunteer...I feel an urgent need to give all the knowledge I have acquired so far and most of all to learn so much more mainly from permaculture projects and organic farms. I love the concept to work when is not money involved and I would like to experience it, that is why I want to give Couchsurfing a try as well, because I want to prove that you don't only need too much money to travel but most importantly you need the courage!
Interests
I love nature and animals. I was born in the city but I really find myself when I am in the countryside. I am very exited about going to Scandinavia, I can't wait to be into those dreamy landscapes and mix myself with the nature.
Of course I love my yoga and meditation practice, playing my ukelele, dancing and learning from others as much as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Indi Rock mainly but I love music in general I am very open to listen to something new.
Movies: I love Wes Anderson and all his work and my favorite movie theater is the one that shows independent films but my guilty pleasure are the stupid romantic-comedy movies :D I can't resist to watch one once in a while
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This is a very difficult question for somebody who is trying to ease her ego through meditation. But I think 10 days of a silent meditation retreat in Thailand with the Buddhist monks was one of the best expiriences in my life.
