Overview
About Me
I am an art conservator specializing in book and paper objects and materials, and I currently work in a library in Chicago. When I'm not at work, I'm going to an art studio and making work via the printmaking process, I'm at home reading, or going out with friends to arcades, bowling places, bars, etc. When the weather is nice I enjoy walking instead of taking public transit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy meeting new people and having to interact with someone who is a local in the environment/town/city they live in. I think that's one of the best ways to get to know a specific place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to Ghana for two months as part of a volunteer-type trip with a professor from school. We also went to the Malian refugee camp in Burkina Faso--we were 15 km away from the edge of the Sahara Desert! We presented our projects and helped to set it up to show the community what we had to offer.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach and share printmaking, photography, English or Polish :)
I would love to learn new languages and cooking! Who doesn't love food?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to cook you a meal or share a bottle of wine (or preferred alcohol).
