Overview
About Me
Hello world! I’m an open-minded girl who likes travelling, being spontaneous and going with the flow. I love learning from other cultures. So… let’s discover the world and its people!
Carpe diem :)
Keep your face always toward the sunshine and shadows will fall behind you (Walt Whitman).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently started to attend CS meetings in Barcelona and I’m really enjoying it… getting to know people from all over the world is like another way of travelling when I’m not able to! I would like to hear all of your stories!
Interests
When I was 15, I had (kind of) Stendhal syndrome walking around Rome. Since then I realised my passion was to travel and cultural exchange.
Hiking in nature.
Going to the movies and reading books that allow me to travel (again!) through time and space.
Learning languages – I wish I could learn all of them!

Music, Movies, and Books
I would rather discuss these types of things in person but to give you an idea:
Music
I enjoy all types of music, depending on my mood. I especially love live music. Right now I am listening to: Esperanza Spalding.
Movies: some of my favourites are:
Annie Hall, La science des rêves, La dolce vita, Todo sobre mi madre, Cidade de Deus and so on!
Books
On the road - Nothing behind me, everything ahead of me, as is ever so on the road (Jack Kerouac).
My favourite Spanish writer at the moment is David Trueba. If you wanna really laugh read “Four friends” and then let me know your opinion!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was volunteering in Namibia and whohooo, what an adventure! Amazing kids over there.
I walked around the Formentera island, sleeping under the stars during 15 days and enjoying its desertic beaches (and avoiding the touristy ones).
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are in Barcelona… OK, Sagrada Familia and Park Güell are really cool but if you are into it I can help you discover the non-touristy Barcelona! And meanwhile, I would love to learn from your culture!
I can also teach you some Spanish and Catalan.
