About Me
Hello there! I'm Natalia, a molecular biology MSc student. Planning on doing a PhD one day. Biggest Britophile that ever walked this planet. Raised as a Beatlefan. In unrequited love with Ralph Fiennes. Addicted to science, music and some TV series.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to make new friends both through hosting and visiting. To expand my horizons about other nationalities. To exchange our views on that matter.
And to save money, obviously.

Music, Movies, and Books
Are you familiar with Porcupine Tree, for example? If not, go to Youtube, you won't regret it. Do you like it? Well, that's more or less a soundtrack to my life. Post-rock, proggressive rock, some Polish jazz and few Icelandic tunes.
I'm ruined for life by Jane Austen's books. But I like crime stories as well (which is also alarmingly destructive, as I now think of it).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've played few live gigs with an Ukrainian folk band, playing the flute. Deeply ashamed of it but I still reckon it as something amazing.
Oh, and I survived Guca Festival 2014 in Serbia. Apparently, drunk people have been reported to eat glass there. Never tried, ergo- survived.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make pierogi (traditional Polish dumplings). Or how to isolate DNA at home, for example. I can also burden you with the admiration for the music I like (and vice versa, hopefully).
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you want, I can share the last bits of my free time with you. We could also share a room during your stay since we don't have a spare room in our flat. And we may share the pierogi I'd teach you how to make, obviously. No DNA exchange, though (see the above section if you haven't read it yet).
