By hosting whenever I can and also by surfing every now and then. I also love going to CS meetings when I am visiting a foreign city.

Interests

I love walking, hiking, reading, dancing and -of course- traveling. I particularly enjoy getting to know a bit of the culture of all the places I visit and also to share experiences with locals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all the films made by Fernando Meirelles but also the ones made by Burton (Big Fish); Eastwood (Gran Torino); Almodovar (All about my mother), and many many others...I am also passionated about opera and african music, specially the one from Mali and Senegal, and salsa -of course!. As for books, I am very open and read a bit of everything, as I tend to follow people´s recommendations...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sunset in Wadi Rum; sharing with local women in a hamman in Meknes; listening to fado in Bairro Alto in Lisbon, wandering around the Quartier Latin and Montmartre in Paris, and kayaking in the surreal Halong Bay in Vietnam.

Teach, Learn, Share

If people are interested, I can share my views about Colombia´s social and economic situation and also about politics and a bit of history. I have traveled a lot around the country and elsewhere, so I can recommend places to visit. I am also always keen on learning about other countries and cultures.
