I draw lots of happiness from life and derive joy from getting in touch with people.:) I am focused on healthy diet(gluten free and vegetarian, local food) and I perceive myself as soul, mind and body all together. I spend as much time as possible in nature, I feel connected with the natural world and believe that being close with nature have both physical and mental benefits for people.

I think that life is a journey and time to settle in ourselves. It's so interesting to notice that something in myself change and I keep my mind wide open all the time.:)
